There is no other food that can compare with milk in terms of amount of nutrients. If you do not have any intolerance or allergy to milk, just choose a good quality one, such as type A milks. In case you have any allergies or intolerance, or if you are a vegetarian, there are vegetable milk options, such as almond milk, coconut milk and oat milk, which are also nutritional options. It is important to read the list of ingredients, because in the case of industrialized products, many of these milks have many additives and sugar in their composition.
