Peanut butter is rich in vitamin E, B-complex vitamins, calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium. The butter help in bones health, muscle contractions, prevents cramps, reduces the risk of injuries and muscle fatigue. It is also a source of unsaturated fats, which are beneficial fats for our body and our cardiovascular health. Peanut butter can help in weight loss by increasing satiety due to its high fiber and protein content. It is recommended to consume unsweetened peanut butter instead of the sweetened version.
