  • Durian should not be consumed everyday because of impracticality and the price of the durian. For those on a high daily calorie intake target durian might be a good source because 1 durian contains about 1350 calories.

  • I would recommend maximum 2 units of Durian daily, to not exceed calories and excessive carbohydrates, on the other hands can increase vitamin C and fibers content.
